F-53 Suspension Vol. 1

Having purchased a motorhome built on a Ford F-53 chassis, it didn't take long to realize that the ride needed some help.  Of course, when you're a "newbie" and you're taking the coach out on the road for a test drive with the sales rep, don't expect to drive on bumpy or less than perfect roads.  They'll pick the best roads and rarely take you out on the highway.  But when taking the coach out on the highway and on some uneven surfaces, you'll quickly feel how the coach responds in these conditions.  If you're able to test drive the coach on a windy day or being passed by big rigs, you'll really experience white-knuckle driving.  But don't worry, there's hope.  I know because I did the research and found some fairly inexpensive add-on's that you can do yourself.

Since I'm trying to keep these posts short, I'll review each product in a separate blog post.  However if you want to learn more about all of them, head back to our home page and click on the links located on the right side of the page.  Either way, if you own a coach built on an F-53 chassis, you'll want to stay tuned.
